Getting started
-
How do I get started with Sourcefit?
Getting started is risk free. Contact Sourcefit by phone or through the form on this page, and a senior consultant will discuss your roles, requirements, and target delivery location. Recruitment begins once you approve the role profiles, and you interview every candidate before committing to anything. There is no obligation until you have found the right fit for your business.

-
Are there any upfront or setup fees?
No. Sourcefit does not charge setup fees or require a deposit. There are no hidden charges, and billing begins only when your dedicated team member starts. If a role requires unusual equipment, software or another client-specific resource, this will be discussed and approved before any cost is incurred.
-
Do I have to commit before seeing candidates?
No. Sourcefit recruits against your role profile and presents shortlisted candidates for you to interview and assess. You only proceed when you are satisfied with the fit, and there is no charge for candidates you do not hire.

Locations and services
-
Where does Sourcefit deliver from?
Sourcefit delivers from six countries: the Philippines, South Africa, the Dominican Republic, Madagascar, Armenia, and the United Kingdom. Teams can be built in one market or blended across several to match your timezone, language, and cost requirements.
-
Which delivery location is right for my business?
It depends on your timezone, language needs, and budget. The Philippines suits English-language voice and back-office work at scale. South Africa offers strong English fluency and UK-aligned hours. The Dominican Republic provides nearshore coverage for US timezones with bilingual English and Spanish talent. Madagascar delivers French-language support. Armenia suits technical and multilingual roles. Sourcefit’s right-shore comparison guide covers each location in detail.
-
How do you ensure strong English communication skills?
Communication skills are assessed during recruitment according to the requirements of each role. Candidates may be evaluated through interviews, written assessments, language testing and role-specific exercises. Clients can also interview shortlisted candidates before making a final hiring decision. For voice, customer-facing and communication-intensive roles, Sourcefit places particular emphasis on spoken English, listening ability, clarity, professionalism and cultural alignment.
-
What roles and services can I outsource?
Sourcefit recruits across more than 40 specializations, including customer service, accounting and finance, software development, IT support, medical billing, architecture and CAD, engineering, legal support, marketing, data operations, and virtual assistance. If a role is not listed, Sourcefit can recruit for it on request, and part-time options are available for most categories.

What is the difference between staff leasing, EOR, and fully managed outsourcing?
With staff leasing, Sourcefit recruits, employs, and hosts your dedicated staff while you direct their daily work. With EOR (employer of record) services, Sourcefit legally employs people you have already identified, handling payroll, benefits, and compliance. With fully managed solutions, delivered through SourceCX, Sourcefit manages the entire function including workflows, quality, and outcomes. Many clients combine models as they grow.

-
Is Sourcefit a broker?
No. Sourcefit is not a broker or middleman. Sourcefit directly employs its staff and operates its own facilities across all six delivery countries, with on-site management, HR, and IT support in each location.
Managing your team
-
Who manages my staff day to day?
You direct your team’s daily tasks and priorities, while Sourcefit handles everything that surrounds their employment: local management, HR, payroll, benefits, engagement, facilities, and IT support. Every client has a dedicated account manager as a single point of contact.
-
How do I communicate with my team?
You can communicate directly with your team throughout the working day using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, email, phone, Knit or your organization’s preferred collaboration platform. Sourcefit can configure the team around your working hours and communication requirements, so remote team members can join meetings, share updates and collaborate with your internal employees as part of one integrated team.
-
How can I monitor performance and attendance?
Your team can be managed through agreed KPIs and service levels, attendance and time reporting, regular performance reports, and scheduled meetings and check-ins. Sourcefit’s local management team can also provide employee support, performance guidance and operational oversight.
-
Can I give my team bonuses or incentives?
Yes. Clients can provide performance bonuses, incentives and other approved rewards to their team members. These payments should be coordinated through Sourcefit so they can be processed correctly through payroll and handled in accordance with applicable employment and tax requirements.
-
Who owns the work my team produces?
Clients retain ownership of the work product created for them, subject to the terms of their service agreement. Sourcefit employees sign appropriate employment, confidentiality and intellectual-property agreements. Additional client-specific agreements or security requirements can also be incorporated where necessary. The final contractual position will always be set out in the applicable service agreement.
Security and reliability
-
How does Sourcefit protect my data?
Sourcefit uses layered administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect client information and systems, including role-based access controls, secure work environments, device and endpoint management, network security and monitoring, confidentiality agreements, security awareness training, and incident response processes, tailored to each engagement. Is Sourcefit’s infrastructure reliable?
Sourcefit provides enterprise-grade facilities, technology and operational support based on the requirements of each engagement, including secure workstations, managed devices, IT help desk support, enterprise-grade connectivity, redundant internet services, backup power, access controls, and business continuity procedures. Infrastructure requirements are agreed during the planning process and documented in your proposal.
-
What happens if there is an internet or power interruption?
Sourcefit delivery centers are supported by redundant enterprise-grade connectivity, backup power and business continuity measures. The precise continuity arrangement depends on the delivery location and engagement requirements. Where necessary, Sourcefit can help clients design additional redundancy, alternative working arrangements or disaster-recovery procedures for business-critical processes.
-
How is Sourcefit different from other BPO providers?
