Sourcefit employees and leaders gathered on-site and virtually for the 2025 midyear momentum town hall at the Bridgetowne, Quezon City office.
On August 28, 2025, the Sourcefit team came together at our Bridgetowne, Quezon City office for our annual town hall dubbed, “SourceForce: Midyear Momentum.” For our 2,000+ strong global team, which works under a hybrid model, it was an opportunity to share a moment celebrating our vibrant corporate culture and our many achievements so far, this 2025.
Our CEO and Founder, Andy Schachtel, began by offering a heartfelt thank you to everyone for their contributions to the company’s success and discussed future key commitments, such as enhancing diversity and inclusion policies. He also addressed the future of AI in the workplace, emphasizing that AI is not here to replace people, but to empower us to develop smarter solutions for faster, more efficient processes.
Here’s a look at some of the biggest wins we celebrated:
- On Knit, our smart platform for team management and collaboration
After years of planning and developing, employees are now using a more powerful AI-enabled Knit, with enhanced features for project and team management, chat and video calling, and document processing. Our Software Development and AI Solutions team has revamped everything from visualizations and projects to the ticketing process and our chatbot. And they’re just getting started! Exciting new features are coming soon.
- On the constant work towards improving efficiency
Proving you don’t need a huge crew to make a big impact, the Implementations team has been working closely with other departments to keep everyone at Sourcefit – and our clients – ahead of the curve, especially now when disruptions and volatility are always just around the corner. One of the team’s key wins for the first half of 2025 is the successful completion of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training for 16 Sourcefit team members. Now, even more Sourcefit professionals are on their way to being certified as process improvement activators.
- On investing in our people
A testament to our focus on employee engagement, our Training and Quality team’s Unboxed Sessions program earned an incredible 94% engagement rate — a 34% jump from last year! New programs will be rolled out soon to help everyone continue to excel in their career development. The team also led the launch of Sourcefit’s most ambitious CSR program yet: EmpowerED, a long-term, multimodal learning program designed to bridge the gap between education and employment. Our first partner, Cainta Senior High School, is also the venue for Ignite Hub, a fully refurbished, modern learning space where the school’s more than 2,000 students can participate in Sourcefit-led mentorship and educational activities.
- On employee engagement and recognition
Our HR team is launching an exciting program that recognizes and rewards employees for their outstanding work. This new initiative will be rolled out through the Knit platform, where points can be redeemed for exclusive merchandise.
We closed the program on a high note with a lively fashion show featuring employees wearing and using our newly designed merchandise, which included hoodies, tote bags, and umbrellas. Ten Sourcefit Philippines employees were lucky enough to win the raffle and get first dibs on these new items!
Every win we achieve is a result of everyone’s contributions to building a better Sourcefit. We wouldn’t be here without the dedication and hard work of our teams in the Philippines, South Africa, Madagascar, the Dominican Republic, and Armenia.
